Solely to get back to you about the enquiry you sent. We do not use it for marketing, we do not send promotional email, and we do not sell or pass it to third parties for their own purposes.

Who it is shared with

Your enquiry is sent as an email to the clinic's mailboxes. To deliver it we use an external email service (Brevo, a European company), which sends the message and keeps a technical record of it. The site itself is hosted on Vercel. Both providers act as processors on our behalf only.

How long it is kept

Enquiries stay in the clinic's mailboxes for as long as they are needed to handle your request and to keep a record of our correspondence. Delivery records at the email provider are retained for a limited period under their own policy.

Cookies and analytics

As of the date above, this site uses no tracking cookies, runs no analytics tool and embeds no advertising pixels. It does store your chosen accessibility preferences in your browser's local storage so they persist on your next visit — that information stays on your device and is never sent to us. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and your enquiry is submitted over a secure channel. We take reasonable measures to reduce risk, though no method of transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your rights

You may contact us to see the information you provided, correct it if it is inaccurate, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time.
